Auchel's scouring trains are stopping. The factory is closing down. Increased competition from low cost countries and depressed European top market spelt the end of the last French wool combing mill.
Funded in 1965, Auchel was the driving force behind Dewavrin's success. It is a very emotional moment in the life of the group. We will now be concentrating all our top production in our state of the art Bulgarian factory: Parvomai.
